Have you always dreamed of having a therapist-coach who could help you develop both emotional and practical tools to meet life's challenges?

Mental Health Recovery Occupational Therapy is an individualized, holistic professional practice. It was created for people who face the challenges of stress, anxiety or mental health issues that affect daily functioning, self-esteem and well-being.  The services are designed to help develop specific self-care and coping skills to achieve a fuller sense of independence, mastery and joy in life.  The work we do together—whether short or long term—sows the seeds for finding your own unique direction, and a more compassionate and integrated sense of self.

"This work grew out of 30-plus years of experience practicing psychiatric occupational therapy and wellness education in hospitals, outpatient settings, and holistic health and senior centers. Over the years, I have selected techniques and approaches that my clients have found to be the most beneficial to their recovery. I am now happy to be able to offer you these approaches in my private practice."
