In these most challenging times:

  • Are you doing the activities you need to do?

  • Are you doing the things you want to do ?

  • Are you interacting with people that you care about?

  • Are you finding balance?

As a psychiatric occupational therapist and wellness coach, my mission is to help you design your best program of daily activities to get through the pandemic, and beyond. I offer individual and group sessions online. I providing concrete tools to help you define your interests, locate resources, and connect with others. And to overcome obstacles along the way.

This may be as basic as overcoming anxiety and worry through problem solving and locating online resources, or evaluating your shopping or reentry activities in the safest manner. It may involve dealing with depression, or cognitive loss, due to COVID-19. It may involve adjusting to economic and social changes, working on study skills, taking stock of your career, or developing your spiritual practice. I serve as a support, guide and teacher to help you determine and follow your path, based on your needs, wants and values.

In addition to my rigorous occupational therapy training, I am certified in Personal Medicine, developed by Pat Deegan, a leader of the mental health recovery movement. Personal Medicine means engaging in empowering personal activities and rituals that give us a sense of meaning, purpose and connection.

"This work has developed over more than 30 years of experience practicing psychiatric occupational therapy and wellness education in hospitals, outpatient settings, and holistic health and senior centers. I have help clients explore and pursue activities that are the most meaningful to them, that have enriched and enlivened the the quality of their lives beyond measure.”
